Free Pattern: Unbroken Hearts Bookmark

This romantic bookmark would make a great gift for a special book lover in your life. This 4-round pattern works up quickly enough to make one for everyone in the book club, or stuff some stockings this upcoming holiday season.

Skill Level:
Intermediate

Materials:
Steel crochet hook size 4*
Size 3 crochet thread, pink, or color desired

*note: Here is where I need your help...My mother gave this hook to me, and I believe it belonged to either my great-grandma or my great-great-grandma. I'm not sure if hook sizes have changed since then, but it does say "made in England", so I'm pretty sure its UK size, which would make it a US size 7, if I'm correct. I couldn't find any information about this brand, so can anybody help me out?
